Using Sales Navigator to manage your schedule makes it easy to stay organized while out on the road. See a daily snapshot of your appointments and the route between them.

Creating a New Appointment with a Contact

1. Tap a contact pin and tap the contact detail icon (  contact-details-icon-iphone  )

2. Select a contact address and tap ‘New Appt’

3. Enter the information and select ‘Save’

4. A notification will appear confirming the appointment

Repeat Events:  Set repeat events in Sales Navigator while creating your appointment. Set them to a frequency of every day, week, 2 weeks, month or year.

Notes and Alerts: Take notes and set alerts the same as in iCal. Any notes you take or alerts you set on an event will automatically sync to all linked external accounts.

Multi-Calendar Support: Sales Navigator supports multi-calendar functionality. When in the add event window, tap the calendar button and choose the which calendar to add the event to. The calendar colors are the same as they appear in iCal.


Create an Appointment from the Calendar List View

1. Tap calendar list view icon

2. Tap (+) to add appt.

3. Enter event details and save.

Edit and Delete Appointments

1. Tap an appointment in the Calendar List view.

2. Tap the appointment details icon to the left of the contact name.

3. Edit the appointment or tap the trash can to delete.
